Wingfeather Saga - Janner

Janner is one of the three siblings at the center of the story of the Wingfeather Saga- He's the oldest and our chief protagonist at the outset of the series. As the oldest sibling, it's his job to watch over his two younger compatriots, and they always make that especially tricky for him. With Janner I tried to capture a certain pre-teen angst that implies the weight of the world is beginning to make itself felt- his responsibilities and questions about his father are always close.

There were each done start to finish in Procreate on the iPad Pro- included are a few sketches and the turnarounds we hand off to the 3D artists before the characters are sculpted for animation
